Frequently Asked Questions

  • Are your products available internationally?

Yes, please contact customer service at 800-325-8232 for information on availability.

  • Can I use your products on my face?

Yes, our entire line of moisturizers, cleansers, and sunscreens are safe for use on the face.

  • Do your products contain alcohol?

No, not in the sense you are probably using the term. You may have read, or been told by your physician, to avoid using products containing alcohol on your skin. The term “alcohol” in this context probably refers to alcohols such as rubbing alcohol, ethyl alcohol, or isopropyl alcohol since these alcohols are very drying to the skin.

However, there are ingredients in skin care products, including some of ours, which include the word “alcohol” in the name of the ingredient. The word “alcohol” in this case refers to the chemical structure of the ingredient and does not mean the ingredient is bad for the skin. These ingredients are often wax-like substances that help form the structure of the product.

The exception is Free & Clear™ Hair Sprays.
